Trips with BLS - quite simply brilliant!

There is something to suit every taste in the BLS area, as well as plenty to see and experience, whatever the weather. A gentle walk or a fast-paced mountain bike tour? Summer tobogganing with the family or a romantic tête à tête in the Tropenhaus Frutigen? A sociable boat trip or an exciting museum visit? You have plenty of choice in the BLS area.

The RegioExpress Bern - Spiez - Kandersteg - Goppenstein - Brig - Domodossola of BLS takes you quickly and comfortably to our tourism partners in the Bernese Oberland, Upper Valais and Piemont. In spring, the cities of Bern and Thun entice you with guided tours of the old town and visits to museums. In summer, the crystal blue mountain lakes such as Lake Oeschinen or Lake Blausee are inviting. If you like to enjoy the view, the Niesen, Stockhorn or Lauchernalp are the right places to go. Since April 2023, a visit to Bella Italia is also included.

There is much to see and experience on the Bern-Lucerne route. The journey takes you through the cosy Emmental and the rustic Entlebuch, which was recognised by UNESCO in 2001 as Switzerland's first biosphere reserve. On the way, travellers can expect a variety of opportunities for an unspoiled nature experience, for example hiking, cycling, Kneipp, gold panning.
