The family-friendly skiing and tobogganing area is also well worth a visit in summer: after a pleasant trip Ramslauenen, enjoy the panorama of the Niesen, over the steely blue Lake Thun as far as the imposing mountains of the Kiental.

The homely Berghaus Ramslauenen entices you to stay a while. Meals are prepared for you with much care and attention on a wood-fired stove, using mainly local products. This is the ideal venue for family celebrations, special interest outings and company events. And the little ones are not short-changed here either: Apart from the newly built playground, there is the start of the Kien Zappel circular trail, with suggestions for easy, familiar old and new games.

The Ramslauenen mountain station is the starting point, amongst others, for the Guggerwäg, Höhenweg and Griesalp walks, climbing the Gehrihorn and the Nordrampen trail to Kandersteg.
