After a trip on the nostalgic funicular railway with a maximum incline of 68%, the outlook from the viewing platform, although at 2,362 metres above sea level yet easy to reach, is a fantastic 360° panorama of the imposing Bernese Alps and over the Bernese Central Plateau to the Jura.
